Role Description

The Bartender role is a full-time, on-site position based at MIRAMARE RISTORANTE in Naples, FL. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and responsible service guidelines, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with guests, taking and serving drink orders, handling payments, monitoring inventory, and supporting the overall guest experience. The role also involves coordinating with servers and kitchen staff, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming, attentive, and professional guest experience.
• Clear and respectful Communication skills, including the ability to take orders accurately and work effectively with team members.
