One Lifestyle, Ltd. is seeking a Bartender to support Our Goats bar in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role emphasizes daily bar operations, multitasking, and a strong guest focus to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of bartending experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe certification; TABC may be required where applicable. This is a part-time, front-of-house position based in Nashville, TN.

The Difference You Will Make

This role as a Bartender is responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within their assigned area. The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, bar tools at your assigned work area.

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting are required.

Location and Travel:

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
