Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced bartender to craft beverages and deliver legendary hospitality during busy service. You will keep the bar stocked, follow all liquor laws, and help create a memorable guest experience.

This role offers $16.37 per hour plus tips, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within a team that values excellence and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to adhere to state liquor laws.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork.
• Availability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for our Guests.
• Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
• Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws.
• Stay Guest focused and nurture an excellent Guest experience.
• Be a true team player and support other Front-of-House positions as needed.
• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
