Ruth’s Chris Steak House in California is seeking an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests with a focus on exceptional hospitality. You will stock, prep, and maintain bar inventory while upholding all liquor laws and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and calm performance under pressure, with opportunities for growth and eligibility for company benefits as part of the front-of-house team.

Qualifications

• Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for our Guests.
• Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
• Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws.
• Stay Guest focused and nurture an excellent Guest experience.
• Be a true team player and support other Front-of-House positions as needed.
• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
