Job summary

Ruth's Chris in Metairie, LA is seeking a friendly Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role combines speed, accuracy, and hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment.

You'll maintain bar stock, adhere to liquor laws, and work as part of a team to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Flexibility for varying shifts and weekends is a plus; tips supplement wages, making compensation highly competitive in this role.

• Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for Guests.
• Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.

• Be a true team player and support other Front-of-House positions as needed.
• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
