Job Description

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the General Mitchell International Airport located in Milwaukee, WI.

We are currently hiring for Bartenders to work at multiple restaurants inside the airport.

Our bartenders engage with guests while serving beverages and food, staying updated on industry trends. They craft beverages with attention to detail, work quickly and accurately, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing orders and entering them into the POS system accurately.
• Receiving payments and giving change.
• Serving drinks and food items to guests.
• Transferring supplies and equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
• Cleaning equipment and utensils, removing trash, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate:

• Is at least 21 years old.
• Has at least one year of bartending experience, including required certifications.
• Has basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and alcohol service.
• Speaks and understands English.
• Possesses basic math skills for handling cash and measurements.
