New Land Hospitality in Milwaukee is seeking a bartender who cares about craft cocktails and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will craft and serve cocktails, help guests discover drinks they love, stock and close the bar, and bring energy to themed nights and celebrations.

This role requires 1+ year of bartending, evenings and weekends availability, and a valid Milwaukee bartender's license. Join a growing team with room to advance.

Formación

• 1+ year of bartending experience (craft cocktail experience is a plus).
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• A valid Milwaukee bartender's license, kept current while employed.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love of hospitality.
• Composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long shifts, run a POS system, and lift up to 50 lbs.
