Description

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages. Interact with customers, take orders. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Help answer phone calls when hosts and managers are not available. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails as well as proprietary recipes. Assist manager in placing orders for inventory upkeep. Completes assigned side work.
