Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall is seeking motivated individuals to join our fast-paced food and beverage team. We value hospitality and high-quality service for our guests in a lively hotel environment.

Responsibilities include bartending, serving drinks, ensuring compliance with liquor laws, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Flexible full-time/part-time schedules and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Must meet state age requirements for tending bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and provide information.
• Dispense alcoholic beverages and monitor service per policies and regulations.
• Prepare drink orders and process charges accordingly.
• Comply with liquor laws, health regulations and company policies.
• Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation and stocking.
• Ensure alcohol is removed from counters/tables prior to closing time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose:

To perform a combination of duties in an efficient, quiet and effective manner which facilities food service and thereby provides a positive impression for the guest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exercise good public and customer relations skills at all times. Take initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Dispense alcoholic beverages and controls service to ensure customers do not become intoxicated in accordance with liquor and hotel and company policies and regulations.
• Prepare all drink orders as required and to charge for such orders as they are prepared and in the appropriate manner.
• Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
• Perform all side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.
• Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to required closing time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand or walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods.
