Grove Bay Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly bartender for Beauty and the Butcher in Coral Gables. The role involves crafting traditional and creative cocktails, engaging guests, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

You'll verify IDs, balance cash, and help maintain inventory. The team emphasizes exceptional hospitality, social perceptiveness, and adherence to alcohol service policies, with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic Coral Gables setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings.
• Provide Exceptional Hospitality and social perceptiveness.
• Ability to evaluate guest satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol.
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
