Job summary

Legends Global operates the King Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne, FL, seeking a bartender to prepare and serve drinks per recipes and guest preferences. You will provide friendly, efficient service and handle guest orders and payments with accuracy using the POS system.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and restaurant experience is preferred. Must stand for shifts, maintain cleanliness, and follow all safety and sanitation standards.

POSITION: Bartender DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Director of Food & Beverage FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation standards

Education and/or Experience
