Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is seeking a bartender to create an outstanding beverage experience. You will prepare drinks, greet guests, and take orders, maintaining a polished bar and dining service with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of bartending in a busy setting, valid alcohol certification, and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Valid alcohol certification.
• Following recipes and mixing ingredients accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and cash handling skills.
• Stamina to work on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and suggest menu items.
• Serve guests with a warm, friendly smile and maintain guest retention.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness, sanitation, and side work.
• Report thoroughly to management and handle cash/credit payments.
• Label, stock, and organize bar ingredients and garnishes.

If you love serving people and know how to "wow" with your customer service...we want you to be on our team!Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, and honest with strong beverage service experience. Must be available to work consistently, always have a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator.Bartender responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests, interacting with customers, taking food & drink orders, serving guests with a warm, friendly smile, guest retention, cleaning, sanitizing, side work, teamwork of all varieties, reporting thoroughly to management, being responsible for cash and credit payments, etc.Bartender Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting, preferred.Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.Valid alcohol certification.Following recipes, including measuring and mixing ingredients.Preparing ingredients for service, including cutting, peeling, stuffing, etc.Labeling & stocking all bar ingredients & garnishes so they are organized & easily accessible.Operating equipment and bladed tools following safety standards.Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).Elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer.Experience serving food.
