We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will deliver memorable hospitality, engaging with guests from greeting to departure, understanding their needs, and preparing beverages efficiently. An engaging attitude and quick reflexes are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests and engage with them at the bar
2. Maintain proper bar setup daily
3. Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling
4. Accurately take orders and confirm special requests
5. Master the bar details to enhance guest conversations
6. Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
7. Address guest concerns and resolve issues satisfactorily
8. Present bills promptly and accurately
9. Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, and perishables
10. Maintain product quality with proper storage and garnishing
11. Mix, garnish, and present drinks following recipes and portion control
12. Input orders into the POS system and generate checks
13. Secure beverages, food, equipment, and handle cash deposits
