Job summary

The Eagle Louisville, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced bartenders to elevate the guest experience with Southern fried chicken and craft beverages. This role focuses on friendly service, accurate drink preparation, and upholding Thunderdome's quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will mix drinks, handle alcohol responsibly, maintain a clean workstation, and work with a supportive team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Eagle, our food and beer hall, serving Southern fried chicken and sides, is looking for experienced bartenders. Bartenders are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
