Job summary

Arizona Charlie's - Decatur is seeking a friendly Bartender to mix and serve beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver high-quality guest service, maintain cleanliness, and assist with food and beverage service as needed.

The role requires a minimum of one year in a high-volume bar, strong English communication, and adherence to safety and gaming standards. Applicants must be at least 21, hold the necessary work cards, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar.
• Basic knowledge of drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
• Able to communicate in English; team-oriented.
• At least 21 years of age; Nevada work eligibility.
• All required work cards and gaming registration as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per established recipes.
• Provide food and beverage service when needed in restaurant or lounge settings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitize bar tops and equipment.
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Follow cash handling, comp, and POS procedures (Info Genesis).
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies; maintain guest service standards.
