*JOB PURPOSE*: The primary purpose of this position is to create a unique and personal experience for our Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

*JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES*

1. Make personal connections with Guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations.
2. Participate in Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs. Follow Company SOPs for BARS, including verifying IDs for anyone who looks under 40.
3. Read and organize tickets to serve Guests efficiently and manage large crowds.
4. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to SOPs.
5. Follow Steps of Service and other Company Operating Procedures.
6. Perform bussing, bar resetting, restocking, and cleaning duties.
7. Stock and refill bar supplies and ice as needed.
8. Maintain cleanliness by removing debris and spills.
9. Replace kegs and restock bottles and alcohol as necessary.
10. Monitor and manage bar inventory and control costs, including tracking waste.
11. Ensure proper inventory levels of glassware and garnishes, and sterilize items.
12. Take and process food and beverage orders, and prepare beverages for Guests.
13. Process Guest payments accurately per SOPs.
14. Limit problems related to excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions.
15. Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area and equipment.
16. Support opening and closing duties as per FOH Support Responsibilities Policy, clocking in and out appropriately when performing these duties.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by management, with pay rate depending on the specific duty.

*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*: The role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during shifts. Notify your manager if any task exceeds your physical capabilities.
