Job Description

Receive and prepare beverage orders, including mixing alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Complete monetary transactions and maintain an accurate bank. Keep the bar area and equipment clean.

Serve beverages to customers and cocktail servers, using repetitive motions and following established procedures. Operate cash register, complete transactions, and maintain an accurate bank. Replenish ice supply and maintain cleanliness by removing used glasses, napkins, and emptying ashtrays.

Greet guests courteously, prepare requisitions for bar stock, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
