Job summary

Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) in Kapaa, Hawaii, is seeking a Bartender to greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver high-quality experiences that create memorable vacation moments.

You will prepare drinks to spec, ensure responsible alcohol service, maintain a clean bar area, and collaborate with teams to meet guest expectations while upholding safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with guests, answers questions, takes orders, delivers drinks, and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Prepares drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and bar, including CO2 lines, soda tanks, and tools.
• Verifies guest age to ensure alcohol service complies with laws.
• Assists other departments to ensure optimal guest service.
