Job Description:

Our bartenders provide friendly and exemplary service to each guest at the bar. Since our bars also serve as a service bar for our restaurants, excellent time-management skills and focus are essential to fulfill orders efficiently from both the bar and the restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

1. Quickly and accurately preparing drinks for guests.
2. Possessing knowledge of all food and drinks served.
3. Keeping the bar clean and stocked.
4. Maintaining an accurate cash register and accounting for all cash and charge receipts.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

Required: Must be 18 years or older, have (or be obtaining) a valid alcohol serving permit, previous bartending experience, knowledge of bartending equipment and practices, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods, basic arithmetic skills, cash handling experience, team player, and professional appearance.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Ability to maneuver throughout the restaurant, operate equipment, work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, and respond to visual and auditory cues.
