Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders, and answer questions about the menu.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
• Work with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Restock the bar during service to maintain efficiency.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service laws and policies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
