Job summary

Harry & Izzy’s is an independent, upscale American Grill located in the Indianapolis International Airport Concourse A. We are seeking bartenders who can craft beverages, provide exceptional guest service, and work in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of bartending experience and be 18 years or older, with weekend availability and a willingness to participate in a Federal background check as required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and fine dining standards.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer to make recommendations.
• Manage bar operations including inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean bar area.
• Provide attentive guest service at the bar and support dining room service.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and fine dining presentation standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Manage bar operations including inventory monitoring, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
• Provide attentive guest service at the bar and support dining room service by preparing drink orders efficiently and accurately
