Position: Bartender

Reports to: General Manager

Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions

We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and professional people to join our team. Our Bartenders know our menus inside and out. Bartenders will create classic and innovative drinks while taking pride in providing attentive, friendly, and sanitary service. We want every Guest to feel like family and create a positive experience to keep them coming back!

We serve high-quality food and great drinks in a fun atmosphere! If you are willing to learn- we will teach you! Our Management Team is hands-on and always willing to lend a hand or teach our team something new; Most importantly they will support you in ensuring all points of service are completed throughout the Guest's dining experience.

Hospitality to our Guests

1. Understands our culture and does whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
2. Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
3. Makes food recommendations to guests and answers all menu and service-related questions.
4. Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
5. Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive "safe" meals.
6. Properly enters all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS).
7. Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
8. Provides accurate checks to guests, accepts payments, and completes all appropriate transactions.
9. Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
10. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again.

Hospitality to your Team

1. Arrives to work on time as scheduled, well-groomed in the proper work attire, and ready to work.
2. Clocks in and out as scheduled.
3. Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude to guests and team members.
4. Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
5. Follow proper cash-out/check-out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
6. Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.

Hospitality to Restaurant

1. Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
2. Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be over 18 years old.
2. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
3. Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
4. Able to speak to the restaurant's story and mission statement.
5. Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
