BARTENDER

Compensation: $15.16-$15.16. Tip eligibility. Per the Colorado Constitution, this employer claims tip credit per Colorado standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service at the bar, exceeding customer expectations.
• Efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety, tools, and recipe standards while serving customers responsibly.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommend and upsell accordingly.
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise.
• Provide expertise and support to Servers on beverage selections and offerings.
• Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems.
• Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision; the role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
