Job summary

The Brass Tap - Gilbert is seeking friendly bartenders to greet guests, take orders, pour beer, mix cocktails and share beer knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

You will follow the steps of service, present checks, take payments, and keep the bar station clean while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older, per state/local law.
• Weekend and holiday shifts required.
• Ability to balance multiple food and beverage items.
• Operate POS and beverage equipment competently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable; suggest beers and describe items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures.
• Present guest check and take payment.

• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
