Job summary

The Brass Tap Inc. is seeking energetic bartenders to join our team in Boynton Beach. You will greet guests, take orders, pour beer, mix cocktails, and serve delicious food while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

We value beer knowledge and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. This role requires availability on weekends and holidays, physical stamina, and teamwork in a fast-paced bar environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years or older, depending on state/local law.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food & beverage items.
• Competent use of POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe items
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
