The Brass Tap - MB is hiring for a customer-focused bartender/crew member in Boynton Beach, FL. You will greet guests, take orders, pour beer, and serve chef-inspired bar fare to create memorable experiences.

We value beer knowledge, teamwork, and friendliness, with a flexible schedule supporting part-time or full-time roles and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced bar.
• Strong guest service and upsell abilities.

• Follow The Brass Tap steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
