Job summary

River Crest Country Club is seeking full- and part-time bartenders to join our Food & Beverage Team in Fort Worth, TX. Regular bar pay ranges from $14-$16 per hour with a 15% service charge on all sales, plus 2% service charge on service well drinks. $22 per hour during special events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a food handler permit and Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission certification.
• Must remain knowledgeable of applicable liquor laws.
• Must present a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Must have timely, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Greet guests and ensure member satisfaction.
• Ring up drinks in the POS system.
• Work banquet events and bar service for parties.
• Maintain inventory and assist Beverage Manager.
• Report complaints to Management to ensure member satisfaction.
• Follow state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
