Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged hours. Must have a high level of endurance and mental acuity to manage conflict and handle high-stress situations successfully.
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly team members starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed. We also offer a comprehensive voluntary benefits package including Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Coverage, Permanent Life, and Pet Insurance.
Part-Time team members are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Health plan, along with Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance. Coverage can start as early as the first of the month following your hire date. Part-Time team members are also eligible for voluntary benefits, including Pet Insurance, Legal, and ID Protection.
