Job summary

Streamsong Golf Resort in Streamsong, FL is seeking a bartender to handle bar setup, drink preparation, service, and cleanup while delivering quality service to guests. You will follow guidelines, ring checks, process payments, and maintain safety and liquor-law compliance.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of bartending experience, and training will be provided for SafeStaff or SafeServe certifications.

• Ability to accurately count cash.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Physical ability to lift up to 36 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following guidelines and safety policies.
• Provide cordial, efficient guest service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, process payments, and manage room charges per policy.
• Prepare liquor stock and ensure compliance with liquor laws.
• Perform side work and assist supervisor as needed.

Description

Responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service, and cleanup of bar area while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement and maintenance standards and profit maximization.

Essential Functions

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by policies and procedures.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.
• Perform any other duties required or requested by your Supervisor.

Experience: One-year bartending experience preferred.

We will train and provide certifications if candidate does not already hold Safe Staff or SafeServe certifications.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, speak, and write English. Ability to accurately count cash. Ability to operate cash register. Ability to lift up to 36 pounds.
