Job summary

Streamsong Golf Resort in Streamsong, FL is seeking an event service staff member to assist with set-up, service, and breakdown for banquet events. You will read event orders, greet guests, and ensure proper presentation and service at buffet and table stations.

The role requires prior food and beverage service experience and a valid driver’s license. This is an hourly, non-tipped position with opportunities to work across streams of events at Streamsong facilities.

Description

Set-up, service, and break down assigned functions in a safe, accident-free manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read Banquet Event Order and know how to complete and review for proper set-up.
• Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures.
• Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage.
• Use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray break-down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.
• Assist in setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment as needed.
• Follow all guest check and money-handling procedures when serving a-la-carte and beverage orders.
• May be required to drive vehicle or truck between buildings for event functions and setup.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage service and banquet experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required.
