DeRomo's in Florida is seeking a seasonal part-time team member with a strong focus on guest experience and beverage service. The role requires excellent customer service, wine and cocktails knowledge, and the ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining a clean, well-stocked dining area.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and ringing orders, recommending items, and ensuring guests are satisfied with service.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and guest experience focus.
• Experience in food and beverage service and high volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails and ability to explain to guests.
• ServSafe and alcohol certification on file.
• 3–5 years beverage/food service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend beverages, appetizers, entrées, and desserts.
• Answer questions about food, beverages and services.
• Enter orders in the point-of-sale system and prepare beverages for service.
• Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
• Monitor guests to ensure a pleasurable dining experience and respond to requests.
• Perform side work as assigned and keep the bar clean and organized.

Ideal candidates must have excellent customer service skills, experience in food and beverage services, ability to handle high volume service, and a desire to provide great experience for our guests.

Seasonal Part-time

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Recommend specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and desserts.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant and store services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system.
• Prepare beverages for guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep bar in clean and neat condition at all times.
• Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
• Monitor and observe guests to ensure pleasurable dining experience.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Must have in depth knowledge of wine and cocktails.
• ServSafe and Alcohol certified.
