Job summary

Huse Culinary, Inc. in Fishers, IN, is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages and deliver exceptional guest experiences in an upscale dining setting.

You will prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes, maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, and support bar operations including inventory and sanitation. Minimum 1 year bartending experience required; upscale restaurant experience preferred.

What you will do:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and fine dining presentation standards.

Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.

Manage bar operations including inventory monitoring, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.

Provide attentive guest service at the bar and support dining room service by preparing drink orders efficiently and accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1- year bartending experience
• Experience in upscale restaurant's preferred
