Job summary

Lancer-Hospitality is seeking a part-time team member to work at The Great Minnesota Get-Together (State Fair) in Falcon Heights, MN. This role involves outdoor, fast-paced service with beer pouring and customer interaction.

Must be 18+ to pour beer, and able to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends in all weather conditions. Training provided, competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
• Must be able to work a varied of shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Must be able to interact in a multicultural environment with a variety of ages
• Able to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Pour beer for customers.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Check identification of customers to ensure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations in the performance of work tasks.
• Communicates customer complaints/concerns to manager on duty.
• Accurately processes transactions through the POS and counts back change to customers.
• Communicates with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.
• Completes all other tasks and related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean customer bar and work area.
