Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking energetic bartenders to craft quality drinks and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented bar setting.

Applicants should be 21+, able to stand long hours, and willing to obtain required certifications; prior bartending is preferred, with training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but training is available.
• Strong multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with hospitality focus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ and obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring an outstanding guest experience
• Craft high-quality cocktails and drinks with precision and efficiency
• Make food and drink recommendations and answer menu-related questions
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tops, stools, and surrounding floors
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all alcohol service regulations and company policies
