Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft drinks to perfection and guide guests through our beverage program. You will support servers with beverage knowledge and help drive sales while maintaining a warm, outgoing presence in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes extensive beverage expertise, strong guest service, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards during every shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous restaurant experience as a bartender.
• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu is preferred.
• Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks efficiently to perfection and serve guests responsibly.
• Be a resource for Servers about the beverage program and assist with questions.
• Generate new sales by building relationships with guests.
• Ensure safe food handling and maintain cleanliness during shifts.

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Bartender, you must efficiently craft every drink to perfection and serve our Guests responsibly. You will be expected to have extensive knowledge of our food, beverage, and wine program and be able to make knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the Guest’s experience. You will need to be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our beverage program and be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to be warm and outgoing and to generate new sales through building relationships with our Guests. Our Bartenders are committed to safe food handling, and cleanliness during the shift and prepare drinks according to company specifications and standards.

Experience:

• Minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a bartender


• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu, preferred


• Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts, preferred

Compensation Range: $6.05 plus tips
