Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking an energetic Bartender to create memorable guest experiences in an upscale setting. You will craft drinks, know the wine program inside out, and work with a team to deliver exceptional service.

With a minimum two years of bartender experience and a strong wine menu background, you will help guests enjoy refined beverages while upholding safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a bartender.
• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu preferred.
• Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks efficiently to standard recipes and safety guidelines.
• Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and pairings for guests.
• Deliver warm, attentive guest service and upsell when appropriate.
• Support servers and work as part of a fast-paced team in a dining room.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
