Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Raleigh, NC is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, manage seating, and provide excellent first impressions. You will answer calls, coordinate wait times, and ensure guests feel welcomed from arrival to seating, while upholding our warm service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service.
• Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
• Answer phones and direct calls promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized host stand and seating chart.
