Our vibe is eclectic, sometimes eccentric, but always welcoming. Our customers are a mix of pinball regulars, after-work crews, party-goers, competitive skee-ballers, and folks who just want a smooth drink in a place that doesn't take itself too seriously.

What You'll Do

• Make great drinks, fast. Handle high-volume service accurately across the range of our menu. Don't cut corners, even when you're three-deep.
• Host the party. Engage guests, answer questions, and ensure everyone is having a great time. You are the face of Boxcar.
• Know the menu cold. Craft beer, cocktails, shots, non-alcoholic options. Be ready to recommend, not just take orders.
• Bring the fun. We host events and theme nights. We expect you to participate, dress up when the theme calls for it, and add to the ambiance.
• Do the dirty work. Keg changes, line cleaning, fruit prep, restocking, mopping. Everyone contributes to all the little tasks that keep the drinks flowing.
• Keep it tight. Maintain a clean bar, handle cash accurately, and manage inventory/tabs with precision.

• Reliability. Full stop. Show up, on time, every time.
• Physically ready. 8-hour shifts on your feet. Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Certification. Cicerone Certified Beer Server and/or ServSafe Alcohol Certifications are a plus.
