Job description

The primary role of the Bartender is to create and serve alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in dining areas.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients, and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails.
2. Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
3. Maintain beverage quality and service standards, contributing to a positive guest experience.
4. Provide a clean and friendly atmosphere in dining areas and throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.
• 1-2 years bartending experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
