Molly's in Dover is seeking an experienced, outgoing bartender to join our team. You will mix drinks, greet guests, and help maintain a fast-paced but friendly bar atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience, strong customer service, ability to handle high-volume shifts, and a willingness to work nights and weekends; must meet alcohol service requirements.

Formación

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a busy bar and multiple guests.
• Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Dependable, punctual, and team player.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards.
• Help maintain the fun, welcoming atmosphere Molly's is known for.

Pay: $8 Per Hour + Tips
Molly's is looking for an experienced, outgoing Bartender to join our team in Dover.
We're looking for someone who can make a great drink, handle a busy bar, and create the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. Our bartenders are a big part of the atmosphere at Molly's, so we're looking for someone who's personable, dependable, and knows how to have fun while still providing great service.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive bar service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming experience for new guests
• Take food and beverage orders at the bar
• Maintain knowledge of our food, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
