Position involves taking orders with Toast, handling payments, and sometimes bartending behind the bar. Must be 18+ to serve alcohol. Base pay is $5.50/hour plus tips, with earning potential influenced by hours and guest volume.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking with guests.
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to stay organized and collected during busy shifts.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Bartending experience or interest in learning to bartend.
• Availability for a mix of shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS.
• Have working knowledge of our food, beer, cocktails, and other beverages.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate guest checks.
• Keep sections and service areas clean and organized.
• Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Molly's is known for.
• Occasionally work behind the bar as needed and based on training.
