Job summary

Condado Tacos in Detroit is seeking a bartender who can deliver maniacal hospitality and craft drinks with precision. You will be the face of the bar, know regulars by name, and keep the station stocked and spotless throughout service.

The role offers daily tips and opportunities for growth; you’ll work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting, standing for long periods and maintaining a welcoming, energetic bar atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide maniacal hospitality and service, where everything matters.
• Passion for tacos and tequila.
• 1–2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience (preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work fast and multi-task.
• Flexibility with schedule, including nights and weekends.

Bartenders are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for setting an example of how we execute food and beverage service throughout the restaurant. Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
• Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation.
• Team members will occasionally push and pull and reach above the shoulder.
• Team members will occasionally kneel or squat.
• This position will seldom require climbing and stairs.
• Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-25 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 26-50 pounds and rarely lift or carry over 50 pounds.
