Condado Tacos Lexington is seeking an energetic Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations with a guest-first mindset and provide outstanding hospitality. You will monitor service quality, staff performance, and ensure safety standards while upholding Condado's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in casual dining.
• Experience at Assistant Manager level or higher preferred.

Restaurant Assistant Manager

Compensation: $50-60K with 7% bonus potential
