Job summary

Beat The Bomb is seeking a friendly Bartender for our Denver location to craft cool cocktails and deliver great guest service in a fast-paced, glass-walled setting.

You will follow drink recipes, maintain bar safety, and work with a tight-knit team during busy shifts. TIPS certification is required, and weekend availability is essential. Training tests must be completed before shifts. This role offers competitive pay with tips and growth opportunities within our growing brand.

• Must be TIPS certified; if certified prior to onboarding must provide a non expired card.
• Will be required to take and pass bar training tests before working shifts.

• Physical activity: position entails being on your feet and moving.

• Prep all slushie batch recipes, fruit and juices before the start of shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Properly set up/break down the bar for service.
• Fill all Ice wells prior to and at the end of shift.
• Prepare beverage items to spec and according to tickets.

The Denver Location

Set to open in the bustling York Street Yards, this will be Beat The Bomb's 7th location, launching in March 2025. This location features our signature Mission experiences, complete with glass-walled bomb rooms where teams face challenges involving Paint, Foam, and Slime. Location offers our classic Mission experiences with glass-walled bomb rooms blasting teams with Paint, Foam, and Slime; 4 immersive arcade lounges ('Game Bays'); street food and a full selection of beer, wine, cocktails & signature slushies @ The Bomb Bar; A beer garden with sports viewing options and dedicated private event spaces for large groups make this an ideal venue for entertainment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Bartender will help in creating a one-of-a-kind experience for both Beat The Bomb's customers and fellow team members through great guest service and cool cocktails. Beat The Bomb Bartenders must be able to properly execute all drink recipes and follow all food/drink safety guidelines. While they will primarily handle operations specific to the Bar, it will be important for all team members to understand all elements of the Beat The Bomb operation.

• Prep all slushie batch recipes, fruit and juices before the start of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Properly set up/break down the bar for service
• Fill all Ice wells prior to and at the end of shift (Ice will be burned at the end of night to clean well and then refilled)
• Prepare beverage items to spec and according to tickets
• Take care of all guests beverage and food needs at the bar
