Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive service while accurately preparing and serving beverages. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a high‑quality hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide warm, courteous, and professional service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area.
• Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficiently.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and policies.
• Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Collaborate with servers, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times.
