We seek experienced Bartenders passionate about food and beverage, committed to providing exceptional guest service, and eager for career growth in the restaurant industry. All team members are expected to understand their duties, follow company standards, and work collaboratively.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
• At least 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant with a craft/classic cocktail program
• High school diploma or some college
• Current CA Food Handler’s Card
• Proficiency in English communication
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of bartender procedures and KSC standards

Job Responsibilities

• Perform opening duties
• Take and suggest food and beverage orders
• Input orders into POS system and document manually if needed
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Open wine bottles and serve wine by the glass
• Prepare coffee and serve food and non-alcoholic drinks
• Provide attentive guest service, anticipate needs, and respond promptly
• Interact professionally with guests and team members
• Maintain bar cleanliness and handle payments
• Close and clean the bar at shift end
