The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, bar tools at your assigned work area.What You’ll Bring:High School Diploma or equivalent is required.ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.TABC Certification where applicableMust have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.Minimum QualificationsAt least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting are required.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
