About Mesa Verde National Park:
Mesa Verde National Park is the archaeological wonder of Colorado. Famous for the elaborate sandstone cliff dwellings built by the Ancestral Puebloans, the park protects over 5,000 sites & over 600 dwellings that date back more than 1,400 years ago. Aramark operates the Fair View Lodge just 15 miles from the park’s entrance. Position Overview:

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $11.79 to $11.79, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).

Job Responsibilities
  1. Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
  2. Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  3. May include providing servers drinks from the service well
  4. Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
  5. Adheres to cash handling policies
  6. Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
  7. Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
  8. Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
  9. Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
  10. Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
  1. Previous experience as a bartender preferred
  2. Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends
  3. Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
  4. Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge
  5. Demonstrates organizational & multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  6. Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb
  7. Enjoys working in a fast-paced fun work environment
  8. Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
