Colton’s Social House in California is seeking a seasoned bartender to craft cocktails, learn the food and beverage programs, and deliver warm hospitality in a busy dining room.
You’ll balance bar work with service, maintain a clean, stocked bar, read the room, and build connections with guests. Previous bartending experience is required; evening, weekend and holiday availability expected.
At Colton’s Social House, bartending is about more than what goes into the glass. It’s about what happens around it. Great drinks bring people to the bar; great hospitality gives them a reason to stay, connect, celebrate, unwind, and come back. That’s Social Therapy.
Our Bartenders bring it to life through thoughtfully crafted cocktails, local and craft beer, genuine hospitality, and the ability to read the room. Some guests want a recommendation. Some want conversation. Some are celebrating. Others just want to unwind.
A great bartender knows the difference—and knows how to deliver an exceptional experience while keeping up with a busy bar.
Craft our specialty cocktails and classic drinks accurately, consistently, and efficiently.
Learn our food, cocktail, and rotating beer programs so you can make thoughtful recommendations.
Provide genuine, attentive service while building connections with guests.

Protect the quality and consistency of every drink and every guest experience.
In addition to hourly pay, Bartenders receive:
Daily cash tips earned through direct guest service
Additional weekly cash earnings based on restaurant sales and tip-outs
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.
Schedules are posted every Friday for the workweek beginning the second Monday after posting, giving our team advance notice to plan around their work schedule.
Bartender is not an entry-level bar position at Colton’s, and previous bartending experience is required. If you’re interested in learning the craft, expanding your beverage knowledge, and developing toward a future Bartender role, we encourage you to apply for our Barback position.
