Country Club of Rochester is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional beverage experiences for members and guests in Rochester, NY. The role operates across dining areas, requiring friendly, professional service and precise drink preparation during both day and night shifts.

The successful candidate will join a devoted team, enjoy club perks, and contribute to a high-end hospitality atmosphere with emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender or server is preferred.
• Prior experience at a Golf Club or Country Club is preferred.
• Must have Daytime, Nighttime and Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests by name when possible.
• Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while enjoying food and beverage at the Club.
• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the Club’s specifications for member/guests at the bar and dining areas.
• Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary.
• Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager.

Salary Range: $17.50 To $18.50 Hourly

Job Summary:

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and the Clubhouse Manager the Bartender is responsible for the overall execution of the member and guest beverage experience while dining at the Club.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greeting members and guests by name when possible
• Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while enjoying food and beverage at the Club
• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the Club’s specifications for member/guests at the bar and dining areas.
• Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience as a bartender or server is preferred
